Participating in the Vaccines for Children and Vaccines for Adults programs, ensuring immunizations for all ages.

Including milestone tracking, breastfeeding support, and medication reviews.
Same-Day Sick Visits
Prompt care for illnesses and minor injuries.
Addiction Medicine
Potential MAT bridge and referral to treatment, counseling, and collaboration with community resources.
After-hours Nurse Call
After-hours phone line to nurses and providers for clinical questions.
Preventative Care
Cancer screenings, immunizations, developmental screenings, vision and hearing assessments, and referrals for labs and tests.
Chronic Disease Management
Individualized care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

The Quest Lab is located on the 4th floor in suite 410 and is open to East Hill patients Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Please note, the lab is closed from 12:15 - 12:45pm for lunch. To contact the lab, call 1-866-MyQuest, option 1.
